Advisor Center PortalAs an added benefit for Study Abroad Advisors from our
Global Affiliate institutions, the Advisor Center portal encourages Study Abroad Advisors to stay current on the status of applicants from your institution. Some of the information you can access from the Advisor Center portal are:
- a list of students from your institution applying to Global Learning Semesters
- the status of applicants from your institution
- contact information for your students while abroad
Please follow these instructions to access your Advisor Portal:
- Login to your Student Explorer account
- From the left column of the Advisor Center page, you can see:
"Status" Affiliation Status
"Applicants" The total number of students from your institution who
have started an application with GLS
"Current" The number of students from your institution currently
abroad on a GLS program
"Alumni" The number of students from your institution who have
completed a GLS program
3. To see more information about your students' status:
- Under the Blue Box labled "Affiliate Features"
- Click "Track your Students"
