Summer in Athens Program Description The Summer in Athens program is designed for students who want to immerse themselves in the Greek culture and civilization. Students will be based in the Greek capital, Athens, and get to explore the amazing cultural, historic and natural treasures Greece has to offer. The program combines coursework with cultural immersion activities in Athens and other major sites in Greece and its Aegean and Ionian islands. This program is designed for students with modest or no Greek language skills and is excellent for students wanting an introduction to Greek language, while being immersed in a Greek-speaking environment and getting to know the country and its people.
