Semester in the Mediterranean
Program Description The Semester in the Mediterranean is a program based on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus that combines a traditional immersion study abroad experience with educational travel to Greece, Italy and Spain*, with a co-curricular focus on Mediterranean cultures. Students will experience Athens, Rome, Pisa, Florence, Venice and Barcelona* on the travel component of this program. The travel component does not impact the classroom schedule and is combined with co-curricular material relating to Mediterranean culture. In Cyprus, students enroll in a full semester of coursework at the University of Nicosia (our host institution). Students are eligible to select up to five courses (15 credit-hours) from the 64 different accredited programs of study at the University of Nicosia. See a photo album from past Mediterranean program trips. New! Watch a video of our students talking about the Multi-Country study abroad experience!
